What file formats will I receive if I purchase a panto?
Upon purchase, you will immediately be sent an email with a .zip folder that contains the following pantograph files: BQM, CQP, DXF, HQF, HQV, IQP, PAT, PLT, QCC, QLI, SSD

What's the deal with these "Extended Width Designs"?

Extended width designs are a little different than a typical edge to edge pantograph, in that they are one very wide pattern (often 120" or more). If you'd like to learn more about them, this is a great blog post with lots of details, examples, and tips on how to use them.

Most computerized longarm machines will be able to process these designs in much the same way that they would a block design.

Memberships

How can I access my membership credits?

Your credits will be distributed in the form of coupon codes you’ll receive via email every month. If you haven't received the email, check your spam folder. Add your chosen designs to your cart and apply your coupon code at checkout. This will bring the cost of your purchase to $0. Note: you may only use one coupon per purchase, and they may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. If you have multiple months’ worth of coupon codes, you’ll need to have a separate transaction for each one. Coupon codes cannot be applied to the cost of membership products.

Our technology partners have said that a centralized portal from which you can access all your coupons will be available soon.

Where can I manage my membership?

From the account page, click “Manage Membership”. Then click “See more details” on the membership you’d like to manage. From there you can update your payment information, see your renewal date, view your billing history, pause/cancel your membership, and more.

Is there a minimum term for the membership? Do I need to commit to a certain number of months?

Nope! You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. Except, we might ask why you canceled your membership so we can improve the experience for other customers.

How do I use the wishlist?

First, make sure you’re signed in to your account. To add items to your wishlist, go to the product page of the product you’d like to add. Then click the “Add to wishlist” button.

To manage your wishlist, click the wishlist widget on the bottom-right corner of your screen. From that window, you’ll be able to add your items to your cart or remove them from your wishlist.

I can’t find the email containing my coupon code. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. If it's not there, reach out to us at hello@thepantoshop.com.

What other benefits do you offer to members besides discounted designs?

We are working on developing the membership to include even more benefits. For now, you can still enjoy the convenience, consistency, and value that come with receiving your monthly membership credits and being able to purchase whatever designs you wish with those credits.
