Hi! I'm Tracey Pereira. I live in the South of England, near the sea and the picturesque South Downs. My journey into longarm quilting is a bit quirky. It all began with a worm composting course where my instructor, who was also a quilter, introduced me to a Longarm Quilter to help me finish my quilts. It didn't take me long to realise that I wanted to be a longarm quilter too. I've been quilting professionally since 2000, teaching it since 2002, and qualified as a quilt judge in 2008. I went computerised in 2007 and started designing soon after.As a child of the 60s, I love retro, graphic and geometric designs, but there's always room for a well-crafted feather.When I'm not quilting, you'll find me in my garden or taking a swim .
